A wonderful bottle of Pinot Noir is indeed one of the great pleasures in life. Pinot Noir also happens to be one of the most difficult red wines to make. Fortunately, the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Italy produces some of the best in the world. The ethereal flavors lean towards tobacco, dried cherries and clove.
